ChatHealth for School Aged Health Service

ChatHealth is a texting service just for young people 11 and older. It allows you to privately message a school nurse whenever you have any health questions or needs.

With ChatHealth, you can text our nurse team to ask for help with anything you’re going through. It could be issues like bullying, feeling down or anxious, questions about your body changing, or any other health topics. The nurses will text back to give you advice or help you make an appointment to meet with them.

This text service is confidential, which means your messages are kept private between just you and the nurse. However, if the nurse is concerned that you may be at risk of harm, they may need to involve others to ensure you get the help you need to stay safe and healthy.

If you’re 11 or older and in secondary school, college or educated at home / not in education ChatHealth gives you a direct line to the nurses who can guide you through any health situations or concerns, while respecting your privacy as much as possible.
