Virgin Care are continuing to provide community health care and guidance during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Where necessary, some face to face assessments are still taking place, with the appropriate infection control measures in place. All other assessments are being carried out over the telephone, via text, or using a virtual video consultation.
It is important that children and young people are still able to access community health care services, and we encourage families and professionals to continue to refer to our services during this time. For more information on how to make a referral, visit our Single Point of Access page for referrers.
If you have any questions, please call our Single Point of Access (SPA) on 0300 247 0090 (Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm). Alternatively you can email us on email@example.com.
