Due to the ongoing pandemic, and to help keep you and our colleagues safe we’re following national guidance by primarily supporting you through video consultation, telephone consultations and virtual clinics. We are now holding a small number of face to face appointments, where there is an identified need and we are unable to undertake the assessment by virtual consultation.
Keeping you safe when you visit us
We’re following government guidelines to make sure all our premises are up to standard and safe. All of our staff will be wearing personal protective equipment appropriate to your appointment.
When you visit us, you’ll see a certificate that confirms we’re complying with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. Click here to view the certificate.
Full instructions for what to do when arriving at one of our premises will be provided on your appointment letter. When you arrive, please be patient and follow any further instructions given by members of our team. Please play your part in keeping everyone safe by sticking to the social distancing guidelines.

It is important that children and young people are still able to access community health care services, and we encourage families and professionals to continue to refer to our services during this time. For more information on how to make a referral, visit our Single Point of Access page for referrers.
